This gym flooring features ultra-smooth and easy to clean fine rubber on the top, and larger crumb rubber on the bottom to reduce vibration.
The specialized crumb rubber bottom helps to evenly disperse the weight when dropped, to minimize the bounce while dampening the sound.
Two mats work perfect for a bar with plates, four mats are ideal for a power rack setup. Each mat weighs ~40lbs with a 0.75" thickness.
