Warranty Policy

Product Warranty

If you receive a defective product or see a quality issue in the first month, you will be refunded the original purchase price, as well as free return shipping: 

• Any quality issues with your item should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question.
• Please be advised that defective products and photos providing proof must not be altered or modified in any way, respectively.
• Please contact customersupport@veteranfitnesspros.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed and a Return Authorization to be sent.

 

We guarantee that items purchased online at Veteran Fitness Pros are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. We will replace equipment, or when appropriate, issue a partial refund or exchange for an item. The course of action will be up to our best judgement: 

• If an exchange is authorized, it must be returned to us with proof of your purchase during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
• Items damaged from abuse, misuse or overloading are not covered under warranty.
• Please contact customersupport@veteranfitnesspros.com to begin a Warranty Claims Request.

 

It is Veteran Fitness Pros discretion to decide if:

• An item needs to be replaced.

• An item can be exchanged.

• A full or partial refund can be issued.

 

We strive for customer service excellence. Each claim will be judged on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction. If an exchange is authorized, it must be returned to us with proof of purchase during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.

• Items damaged from abuse, misuse, or overloading are not covered under warranty.
• Normal wear and tear IS to be expected and will not be covered under warranty.

VETERAN FITNESS PROS AND ITS SUPPLIERS’, AFFILIATES’, AND AGENTS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY PURSUANT TO THIS WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. NEITHER VETERAN FITNESS PROS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES OR AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS WARRANTY DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND ITS OR THEIR CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE DAMAGES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
