Defects/Damaged Items
Please contact us immediately if you notice any damage when your order arrives. We will arrange for a prompt replacement for any damaged or defective equipment upon delivery. This does not include damage by the carrier.
Return/Refund Policy
Veteran Fitness Pros offers a 14 Day Return Window on all non made-to-order products.* Returns must be issued within 14 days of your delivery date. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
For all returns & refunds that are NOT quality or warranty related:
Veteran Fitness Pros will offer a refund of your original purchase price within 14 days of your delivery date. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the following criteria must be met -
- Item(s) must be in new condition and the original packaging when returned — please note that wear and tear from use may prevent your item from qualifying for a refund.
- Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before refund is processed.
- We do not accept return or refund requests after 14 days of delivery date.
- If the product does not match what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days. Failure to do so may void this return policy.
- Please contact customersupport@veteranfitnesspros.com to begin processing your return. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return request to be processed and a Return Authorization to be sent.
- If any of the above are not met, then the customer may not be eligible for a return/refund.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, if a cancellation request is received after an order has shipped, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Monogrammed or Personalized Items.
Clearance or Special Order items.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Made-to-order items.
