Shipping policy

We ship to all CONUS 48 States.


CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS 48 U.S. STATES. SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY FOR A FEE.

 

We strive to have all orders out the door within 1-7 days of purchase within the CONUS 48. Please note that made-to-order items have a turnaround time on top of shipping.

Shipping heavy equipment is not easy and we strive to show you all the costs up front. Shipping price may vary depending on weight and location. This is so we may offer the lowest price when shipping bulk equipment to areas that are closer to the warehouse, and as a way to optimize the customers savings.

  • Smaller items shipping common ground carriers such as USPS, UPS and FEDEX, will typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days varying by location – these orders are left at the door if nobody is home to sign for delivery.
  • Larger, bulkier items (typically over 150lbs) will ship by freight and are typically delivered in 4-12 days (most freight orders are delivered in less than 15 days, but delivery can take up to 25 days under several factors). Due to the handling required, these shipments can take additional processing time. Once a freight order reaches your areas main shipping hub, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to set a date for your delivery. Freight orders must be signed for. For these deliveries you will need to be present to receive the shipment, and the driver is only obligated to deliver curbside.

Please make sure to inspect the shipment immediately so that any damage or missing pieces can be marked down on the delivery receipt with the driver. Failure to do this will eliminate our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

We will email you the shipping/tracking info so you can track your shipment. Signature is Required on all Freight deliveries. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes.

APO, FPO, or PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.


How Do I Track My Package?

-A tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.


Where does VFP deliver to?

-We currently ship and deliver to the CONUS 48 states.

-Some items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and internationally HOWEVER - please contact us at sales@veteranfitnesspros.com before ordering if you live outside of the CONUS 48.


What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

-In the case that your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need detailed pictures of the damage to file claims with the shipping carrier.
